Studio Treant GK (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) implements the following initiatives for the purpose of protecting personal information.

  1. Compliance Regarding the handling of customers’ personal information, the Company shall comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other relevant standards.
  2. Acquisition and Purpose of Use When acquiring customers’ personal information, the Company shall do so by lawful and fair means and shall not acquire it through fraudulent methods. The Company shall notify the customer (the subject of the personal information) of the purpose of use or publish said purpose. Furthermore, should it become necessary to use the information beyond the scope of the stated purpose, the Company shall notify the customer of the new purpose and obtain their consent prior to use.
  3. Security Measures The Company shall take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access to, or the loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage of customers’ personal information.
  4. Supervision of Trustees In the event that the Company outsources the processing of personal information to an external party, the Company shall conclude the necessary contracts and exercise appropriate supervision.
  5. User Rights In response to requests from the customer (the subject of the personal information) for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of their own personal information, the Company shall respond appropriately after verifying the identity of the requester.
  6. Disclosure to Third Parties The Company shall not disclose personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
    • When the customer’s consent has been obtained.
    • When the information is disclosed in a state where the customer cannot be identified (e.g., statistical data).
    • When provision is required based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations.
    • When the recipient of the information does not fall under the definition of a “third party” pursuant to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (e.g., subcontractors/outsourcing partners).
  7. Continuous Improvement The Company shall continuously review and improve its initiatives regarding the protection of personal information.
